Other things I love include: genealogy/family history,
writing, scrapbooking, reading, Days of Our Lives, Downton Abbey, hiking, traveling, nature walks,
picnics, and spending time with family and friends.

Hi, I'm Patti, and I love classic films. I discovered them
in October, 2003, when a friend scheduled Roman
Holiday for a chick flick
movie night. At first I was dismayed by her choice---I mean, a black and
white film? With actors I had barely even heard of? Seriously?
Wanting to be a good sport, though, I settled in without complaint, and the
rest, as they say, is history. I found the movie to be utterly charming,
and for the next 3 years, I occasionally sought out other classic films, especially
those of Audrey Hepburn and Gregory Peck. By late 2006, I had become an
addict, and now, I can't get enough of those beautiful, wonderful, fabulous
oldie goldies!
